The Abia State Government through the Examinations Development Commission (EDC) has officially released the 2026 BECE timetable for all Junior Secondary School 3 (JSS3) students across the state.

According to the timetable, the Abia State BECE 2026 examination will commence on Tuesday, 2nd June 2026 and end on Thursday, 11th June 2026. Candidates preparing for transition into Senior Secondary School (SS1) are advised to begin intensive preparation ahead of the examination.

The Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) is one of the most important examinations for junior secondary school students in Nigeria, especially candidates in public and private secondary schools across Abia State including Umuahia, Aba, Ohafia, Arochukwu, Bende, Isiala Ngwa, Ukwa, and other LGAs.
